Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Hughes Shelton Realtors® has earned the No. 1 Coldwell Banker ranking in West Central Florida for its $116.36 million in sales volume and 127 transactions in 2017, the company recently announced. The team most notably sold the second highest-priced homes in both Hillsborough and Pinellas counties in 2017:

“I’m very proud of our team for maintaining an increase in sales for quite some time now,” says Mike Hughes, leader of Hughes Shelton Realtors®. “We believe strongly in customized client services. The majority of our 2017 success was a result of our long-term, repeat clients, where every transaction is more than a one-time deal for us.”
“Tampa’s real estate market—which is one of the healthiest housing markets in the nation—remains in high demand and we have had the privilege of representing many of the finest estates in Tampa,” says Jeff Shelton, leader of Hughes Shelton Realtors®. “We have an amazing city with great weather, some of the best beaches at our back door, a world-class airport and real excitement downtown with the revitalization of our riverfront and the development of Water Street.”
“Hughes Shelton agents support one another to ensure every effort is being taken for the best service and buyer experience possible,” says Andrea Webb, leader of Hughes Shelton Realtors®. “From millennial to baby boomer, we want to be certain we have a pulse on each client’s needs.”
