Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage affiliates were honored at the Jacksonville Board of REALTORS® (JBOR) Annual Installation and Awards Banquet in January, the company recently announced. Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage agent Al Wagner was also installed as JBOR’s 2018 president at the event.
The honorees:
- Jenna Morton, of the company’s Jacksonville office, received the 2017 Exceptional Service Award and 2017 Gold Award for annual sales exceeding $10 million.
- Christina Asbury and Lottie Koenig, of the company’s Sneads Ferry office, each received the 2017 Bronze Award for annual sales exceeding $5 million.
- The Castro Real Estate Group, 40 Sails and Terri Alphin Smith & Co. teams each received 2017 Platinum Team Awards for annual sales exceeding $22.5 million. Castro Real Estate Group is comprised of Diane Castro-Perez, April Seifert, Matthew Hornsby, Michael Tausch, Lacy Raynor, Kelli Salter, Madison Preble, Jackie Tenbrink, Emily Rideout and Thomas Travolina. 40 Sails is comprised of Amber Raynor, Cynthia La Corte and Marci Bocanegra. Terri Alphin Smith & Co. is comprised of Terri Alphin Smith, Traci Locke, Tim Thompson, Dana Thompson, Brett Daake, Mary Anne Detrich and Pattie Locke.
