Realtor.com® announced that while its previous billing reduction program ends, the company will be giving customers additional options as they continue to conduct business in the current environment.
Option No.1: Customers can receive a 30-percent reduction on advertising and lead-gen solutions for their next monthly realtor.com® invoice. This billing reduction will apply to both previously committed and new purchases, similar to the current program. Customers who have paid upfront will receive an adjustment on their account.
Option No. 2: As an alternative, realtor.com® is offering current customers the option to temporarily suspend services and billing for their realtor.com® advertising and lead-gen solutions for 30 days. An additional month will be added to the end of their current subscription term, so that their current subscriptions will expire one month later than originally scheduled.
Both programs will be effective for one month upon expiration of the current program, from April 20 through May 19, 2020.
