A month after unveiling its report outlining in detail the extent of America’s housing shortage, the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) will, on Thurs., July 15 from 1 to 2 p.m. ET, host a webinar examining policies that can help address the nation’s ongoing inventory crisis.
NAR’s research, which was authored alongside the Rosen Consulting Group, found the U.S. in the midst of an “underbuilding gap” of around 6 million housing units dating back to 2001.
David Bank, a senior-vice president at RCG, will discuss the report’s findings to open Thursday’s webinar before a panel of policy experts evaluate several strategies intended to tackle the gap.
