Ken Baris

As president of Jordan Baris REALTORS®, Ken Baris has dedicated himself to making changes to improve the company. He envisions opportunities for success and growth; empowers the team by providing world-class tools, technology, and support; and energizes the organization by creating and maintaining a culture focused on motivating employees and rewarding success. Baris has led the company through several improvements, such as revamping its infrastructure, expanding its team, improving systems, updating offices, and developing an aggressive multi-year strategy for success.

The company was founded and named after Baris’ father, real estate industry icon Jordan Baris, in 1952. Ken Baris works hard to honor his father’s legacy, and has earned numerous industry rewards. He has previously served as president of the NY Metro Group of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, is a member of the CRB Board of Directors, a founding member of the Zillow Advisory Board, and a member of the Mobile Real Estate ID Board. He often speaks at industry meetings and events and has been featured in real estate publications and at conferences.
