Irving A. Padron is license partner, president and managing broker of Engel & Völkers Miami. The company has expanded by acquiring brokerage firms, recruiting top agents and acquiring license rights to additional markets. It has set several records, including selling the highest-priced condo per square foot on Miami Beach in 2017 and growing by over 50 percent in 2018.
Padron leads the expansion of the global brand throughout Greater Miami. He also advises select ultra-high net worth clients, particularly in large-scale investments, in his role as CEO of Deering Companies, a real estate and business consulting firm. In addition, Padron is a thought leader who is actively involved in real estate technology events.
Before assuming his current roles, Padron founded and served as CEO of the first Sotheby’s International Realty franchise in Miami. He also previously worked as a manager in KPMG’s real estate department and as senior vice president and chief financial officer for Terremark. He is a licensed Florida CPA and supports local charitable causes and community service activities. Padron appreciates the opportunity to work with real estate leaders committed to providing excellent customer service.
“Today’s real estate brokerage environment is as competitive as ever,” he says. “It’s an honor to be a part of the finest global luxury real estate brand, competing and winning every day, and I couldn’t be more proud of our group of dedicated professionals who serve our clients with the utmost levels of service, passion and market expertise.”
