Dana Green

Dana Green is CEO of the Dana Green Team, a dedicated group of REALTORS®, marketing and operations professionals, and administrative support members in Lafayette, Calif. Green has also been the top local REALTOR® for 10 straight years.

In 2019, the Dana Green Team focused and exceeded its goals in business process refinement and implementation. Processes ranged from out-of-office to client relationship to data entry. The development included knowing clients and their needs, the team, its business model, and current and new technology. By evaluating, recognizing and/or utilizing the best of all these, piloting and refining as needed, the team established highly effective and efficient processes. With these as its foundation, Green says, the team delivers exceptional service and results to clients.

Green entered real estate 15 years ago. After owning a small marketing firm, she decided to combine her passion for marketing with design and launched a staging company, The Tailored House, Inc., which she still owns and operates today. Soon after, she acquired her real estate license and strived to approach the industry differently.

According to Green, “What I created was a business that brought specialists together doing what they do best–a team that is comprised of experts in every step of the real estate process, not a team that consists only of agents. We were the first to pre-inspect. We stage all our homes. We market differently. We created a model that others emulate today, and it makes me happy to share what we have learned!”
