In her relatively short time as chief real estate officer of Chase International, Julie Kozich has accomplished a lot at the Reno, Nev.-based luxury real estate firm. In her role, she oversees all real estate functions, including marketing, sales, training, luxury, strategy, technology and shared services.
Within seven months of joining Chase International in early 2019, Kozich changed and implemented a new technology platform (MoxiWorks), created new listing presentation materials, designed the company’s intranet (Hub), worked with the team on a new website, created a new listing program called “Chase Ready” where all Chase listings will have everything done upfront before the home goes out to the market, and created an Open House standard, including a signature Chase scent, white orchid and mocktail.
“It is time for all brokerages to be hyper-focused on the consumer by creating a wonderful home-buying and -selling experience and taking away as many pain points as possible during the real estate transaction,” says Kozich. “Chase International is committed to raising the bar in real estate for everyone and willing to be bold and do what is right.”
Throughout her career, Kozich has transformed the operation system in more than five real estate firms across the country. In each case, she has taken on the “impossible” and created a new culture and standard for thousands of agents, allowing them to excel in sales and service.
