Eric Swarthout has served as president of Thoroughbred Title Services since 2014, and his penchant for doing things differently has made it the largest title insurance agency in Westchester, N.Y., for two years in a row. Swarthout began his career in title insurance in 1998. In 2009, he assumed the role of director of operations for Thoroughbred Title Services and used his computer science background to apply unique processes and systems to coordinate day-to-day title production.

Swarthout serves on the Executive Committee of the New York State Land Title Association and is an active member of the Real Estate Services Providers Council.
