Kris Klair

Kris Klair began his real estate career in 2004 and bought into the EXIT Realty franchise in 2006. Now, as the broker/owner of all EXIT Realty Consultants offices from Fresno to Tracy, Calif., he believes in a simple method of building leaders to lead and teaching them everything he can. 

EXIT Realty Consultants is constantly striving to improve and grow. Klair and his team recently launched their new property management division, Success Property Management, servicing the Central Valley and surrounding areas. They’ve also taken on another endeavor, new custom-built homes. With this experience comes another aspect of the real estate industry that Klair and his team will be able to provide their clients, in addition to the usual residential and commercial sales.  

According to Klair, his main goal is “to build relationships within the community we live in and serve those relationships with respect, loyalty and exceeding expectations–all while conducting business in a professional manner.”

Klair has served on state and local real estate associations, as well as the City of Turlock’s Economics Development Task Force and Ceres Chamber of Commerce. He has also worked with several charities and fundraisers by partnering with other businesses and real estate companies.
