Howard Tager co-founded Ylopo, a “next generation” performance marketing and big data technology firm, and serves as CEO. The company’s name comes from the last five letters of Monopoly spelled backwards, which symbolizes its leaders’ goal to turn the game of real estate on its head.
“Our core mission at Ylopo is to empower real estate agents to win and win big with the most advanced digital marketing technologies that even the big new players wish they had,” Tager says.
The company’s initial mission was to build the world’s most intuitive real estate search engine and to use that platform to deliver marketing services to lenders and real estate clients. In addition, Tager recently unveiled RAIYA, which stands for Real Estate Artificial Intelligence: Your Assistant. The virtual assistant uses big data to communicate via text with customers interested in buying a home. RAIYA can also work as an automated follow-up system for REALTORS®.
Tager leverages the latest and most effective technologies to help Ylopo’s clients better promote their team, brand, and listings across the digital landscape and generate more business. In less than a year, Tager more than doubled the size of the business, made the company profitable and increased the team to over 100 people worldwide.
Tager has a successful track record in real estate investment, company growth, business development, marketing and strategic planning. He co-founded TigerLead Solutions in 2007 and served as CEO until the company was acquired by Move Inc. in 2012.
