Lauren Ravitz

Lauren Ravitz, a REALTOR® and luxury director in the Brentwood office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, has been a top-producing agent since starting her real estate career at the organization in 2001. Ranking in the top five of all agents in the Brentwood office and the top 1 percent of agents nationwide in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network, Ravitz is a Chairman’s Circle Platinum Award recipient.  

As an agent serving luxury buyers and sellers in and around Los Angeles, she holds her relationships with clients in high regard and strives to help them achieve their real estate goals. In 2019, she proudly handled several off-market deals, and she notes, “It was extremely satisfying to close the deal with both sides feeling heard, valued and happy with the end result.”

Ravitz considers selling luxury real estate something she was born to do, as she grew up in a family of builders, developers and property owners. She has a finger on the pulse of the Los Angeles lifestyle and delivers a full-service package to each of her clients with her connections to local businesses and influential people. She belongs to the Beverly Hills/Greater LA Association of REALTORS® and is on the board of directors of Your Golden Ticket, an organization that helps the less fortunate.
