CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company

Jim Fite, president and CEO of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, was awarded RISMedia’s 2019 Real Estate Leadership Award, which recognizes an industry visionary who embraces innovation and exercises resilience to blaze new paths to success for real estate professionals and consumers alike. He received the award at RISMedia’s 24th Annual Power Broker Reception & Dinner at the REALTORS® Conference & Expo in San Francisco, Calif.

In his acceptance speech, Fite said, “Thank you to the Power Brokers. The fact is, we are members of an industry that trusts and shares with each other, and we are better as a result of everybody in this room. Thank you for the opportunity to be here tonight with you and for the incredible award that I will take home with great pleasure.”

Fite joined the industry at 18 years old, becoming the youngest agent in Texas’ history, with his interest stemming from his father and founder of the company, Judge Fite. He and his sister, Jan Fite Miller, took over operations of the business in 1977. The company has since grown from one office and eight people to a diversified firm with more than 850 associates and staff in 26 locations serving the entire Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex market. It also offers mortgage, insurance, title, leasing, property management and other services.

As president and CEO, Fite develops the company’s strategies and long-term goals while overseeing daily functions. With a desire to help others, Fite played a role in forming the Judge Fite Charitable Foundation to support the less fortunate.
