“Too often, people forget that every agent and broker/owner is an entrepreneur—the person who takes on the risks and rewards of small business ownership,” says Heun.
“If you look at REALTORS® as business owners and care about their success, the resources and support you provide is vastly different than what would be provided to someone who merely provides a service. The last six months, more than ever, have shown that REALTORS® are true professionals who adapt and persevere. If we want to keep elevating the industry, it’s time to start treating REALTORS® like what they are: business owners. They need to be front and center, and our sole customer.”
