As executive vice president of member services for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, Kate Reisinger leads with a focus on ensuring engagement, performance and satisfaction for the network’s 550 member firms.

In a year when virtual engagement became more important than ever, she managed a series of nearly 100 webinars and virtual events, many related to adapting business practices amid COVID-19. Under her leadership, Reisinger helped to create and implement strategies, as well as offered insights and opportunities, all to support members worldwide.

“The events of this year have really solidified the power and ingenuity of our industry,” she says. “During a time of great uncertainty, we saw brokerages and agents embracing their communities and completely changing the way they work in a matter of days so that they could still serve their clients and make their dreams reality. It makes me so proud!”
