Stacy Jones, co-owner and chief people officer at Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, has worked to foster creativity, collaboration, dedication, communication and thought leadership and to bring about incrementally positive change. Jones instituted an Executive Club program that provides project managers who handle marketing for high-producing brokers.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jones created daily “BOOSTS” emails to provide useful and positive content for brokers and staff. Her commitment not to furlough or lay off any employees helped make 2020 a record year.
Jones co-founded Realogics, which later affiliated with the Sotheby’s International Realty franchise for Washington State. The brokerage grew by only taking on clients who shared their goals and by employing individuals who chose to work together and be the best versions of themselves every day.
“Surround yourself with the best and never be the smartest person in the room, or change the room you are in,” Jones says.
