In 2020, Kathy Kwak, executive vice president of operations and counsel for Proper Title, quickly implemented procedures to allow the company to continue serving customers, despite COVID-19. She also increased the firm’s transaction volume, opened new suburban offices and hired over 30 new employees. Proper Title received Fidelity Investments’ “Rising Star/Excellence in Action” award for the fifth consecutive year.
