Wendy Crane, vice president of learning for Coldwell Banker Real Estate, is responsible for ensuring that agents, owners, brokers and leaders have the tools and knowledge needed to leave a positive impact on their communities, both inside and outside the industry.

In 2020, Crane guided the Coldwell Banker network into a move to help the entire industry, leading the charge on a series of industry-wide virtual education expos to support real estate professionals through the uncharted waters of the pandemic. The content that Crane curated was developed to educate real estate professionals on how their businesses can tackle and overcome the challenges presented by COVID-19.

“The biggest breakthroughs are often preceded by extreme chaos,” she says.

By breaking down doors and offering learning opportunities industry-wide, professionals from around the world tuned into Crane’s educational expos to learn the skills they needed to not only stay in business, but to help keep their clients and the public safe and informed.
