RISMEDIA, Oct. 24, 2007-Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions announced a strategic agreement with IMAPP, Inc to market the Florida-based company’s iCheck® to its Fidelity National MLS Systems & Solutions customers.
The iCheck system is the industry’s leading provider of MLS Data Verification. According to the company, the two-year-old application, which can be integrated into MLS platforms, improves compliance staff efficiency. Now servicing 32 Realtor® Associations and operational with eight MLS vendors across the country, iCheck currently scans more than 1.5 million listings each day.
Fidelity National will now market the iCheck system to more than 200 MLS’s that run the Paragon MLS platform’s recently released version 4 upgrade.
As a powerful addition to the MLS compliance toolkit, iCheck is designed to be a fast, reliable and impartial way to catch a wide variety of bad information, including fair housing keyword violations, invalid addresses, re-listings, agent and office mismatches, late submissions, fields that have incorrectly been filled in with zeroes, duplicate listings, agent misuse of free-form text fields and late reporting of pending or final sale.
“Automated compliance systems have hundreds of features to differentiate them,” said Beverly Faull. “Fidelity National MLS compared iCheck to the others and we were very impressed with its robust functionality. We believe it is the leader in its field and a perfect integration for our Paragon platform.”
“Partnering with FNRES is a great avenue to bring the most comprehensive MLS verification system to REALTOR® associations,” said iMapp President Bill Rovillo.
