In 2021, Kim Luckie created a three-tiered approach to agent support that allows ERA American Real Estate to provide high-end, specialized marketing and lead programs while minimizing additional staff expense. Luckie also converted a traditional relocation department into a profit-building lead team that focuses on performance and pipeline management.

In our industry, brokers are afraid to fail. They’re afraid of losing credibility with their agents, in their communities, and it hurts their ability to pivot. We hedge our bets by taking small chances all the time, and it’s helped us make giant steps forward.”
