Rick Haase provides strategic and operational oversight and helps to create, communicate and implement United Real Estate’s mission. Haase has worked to accelerate growth, scale the company, deliver value to shareholders, and improve agents’ and brokers’ financial trajectories and lives. Under his leadership, United Real Estate has grown to become the eighth-largest real estate company in the United States.

Haase has led the company through mergers and acquisitions and has helped navigate the changes and uncertainty brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. He has encouraged real estate professionals to look at their business differently and to forge stronger connections with their clients.
