Long before diversity, equality and inclusion became buzzwords, Sherry Chris was a determined advocate for building business by doing business with all people. She holds the role of Executive Sponsor for Realogy’s LGBTQ Employee Resource Group and continues to support associations and alliances throughout the industry.

Under her leadership, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate added 14 new affiliations, the largest Q1 and Q2 growth since 2008. She also led the launch of the Hera Society, a new group within ERA® Real Estate, whose mission is to strengthen the individual and collective impact women real estate leaders have on the network, the industry and in the communities they serve.
