Helen McNutt Gentile has served the real estate community for more than 40 years, holds a broker license, and continues to find creative ways to help others reach their full potential. In 2021, she launched the Real Estate Ready program to help individuals who were interested in pursuing a career in real estate. So far, 20% have graduated from the program.

McNutt Gentile also facilitated a three-month, 100% virtual coaching program to help new professionals become productive real estate agents. She is actively coaching more than 160 pre-licensees.
