With over 30 years of experience under her real estate belt, Kathy Connelly is passionate about giving back to the industry through mentoring future leaders.

In 2021, she was appointed to the Worldwide ERC® (WERC) board of directors, an international relocation organization of over 10,000 members dedicated to supporting the future of the mobility industry and movement of employees.

“After nearly three decades as a member, it is rewarding to give back to the industry in such a meaningful role,” says Connelly.

Under her leadership, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices has assisted thousands of corporate employees make Atlanta their home.

Because of her hard work, Connelly is a three-time recipient of the WERC Meritorious Service Award and serves as an advisor to several mobility organizations. She also believes in paying it forward, and is an avid supporter of the Sunshine Kids, an organization focused on bringing sunshine and positivity to children with cancer.
