Joan Docktor, even through challenges, continues to offer a true measure of leadership. Her efforts in 2021 helped her agents outperform their market and even led to the company gaining over 650 agents in just one year.

“I grew along with the company,” says Docktor. “I love my position now as a servant leader to our managers and sales professionals.” 

Adapting to a virtual business model was a top priority for Docktor as the industry continued to face challenges from the pandemic. In 2021, she reinforced virtual business, including sending videos to all of her sales professionals weekly, hosting frequent “Friday Forums” that featured new, actionable topics, and sponsoring the company’s popular weekly podcasts, featuring timely interviews with successful professionals throughout the industry.

Docktor’s efforts as VP of the Board of Trustees of Fox & Roach/Trident Charities were inspirational, including a $100,000-plus donation to their annual Cradles to Crayons backpack drive.
