Leading the National Association of REALTORS®’ (NAR) Spire program—which provides education, insight and mentorship opportunities for minority communities—Marc Gould supports the organization’s goal of fostering a membership that represents the diverse population of the United States.
The program aims to teach individuals the fundamentals of real estate, encouraging people from underrepresented groups to consider pursuing a career in the industry. The Spire program also supports the building of generational wealth via property ownership.
Gould is also responsible for leading NAR’s training and development efforts, working to understand the needs of real estate professionals. He aims to improve their lives, to strengthen relationships between individuals in the REALTOR® community, and to promote professionalism within the real estate industry.
“Real estate activity makes up more than 10% of America’s GDP,” Gould says. “There is nothing more fulfilling than knowing my efforts as part of the NAR team keep this economic engine going with engaged, ethical and professional members.”
