RISMEDIA, Nov. 13, 2007-Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions (FNRES), a provider of products, services and technology solutions to the financial and real estate industries, has announced that two of the most respected veterans in the MLS industry have joined Fidelity National MLS Systems & Solutions as regional sales directors.
Bob Morse, most recently sales director for WyldFyre Technologies and eNeighborhoods LLC, is now sales director for Fidelity National MLS Systems and Solutions’ Western Region, and Jack Jominy, who has been regional director, MLS Services, for First American Core Logic, is sales director for Fidelity National MLS’s Southern Region.”The addition of two seasoned veterans with such distinguished careers allows FNRES-MLS to serve new accounts, especially those among the larger, Top 100 MLSs,” said Tim Dusek, FNRES vice president of National Sales & Marketing. “Over their decades in the industry, Bob and Jack have established strong relationships on the West Coast and Southeast, respectively. Everyone in the business seems to know them and they are both looking forward to attending the NAR Annual Convention as the newest members of the FNRES team.”
Morse’s career in the MLS industry began in 1989 with BORIS Systems, where he marketed turnkey MLS systems in the Western United States. His responsibilities also included new customer development, contract negotiations, project management and customer retention. After a decade with BORIS, he joined HomeSeekers as vice president of Sales and oversaw development of its Web-based MLS platform, XMLSWeb, which became FNRES’ Paragon XL. He served as director of Sales with WyldFyre and eNeighborhoods for the past seven years.
“It’s like a homecoming for me,” said Morse, who lives in Burlingame, California. “So many of my BORIS clients are now clients of FNRES and I’m looking forward to seeing them and meeting new clients as part of Fidelity.
“I am very impressed with the quality and diversity of FNRES products,” Morse added. “And just as excited about the talent and level of commitment I’m seeing in the members of the Fidelity MLS team. It’s great that my first week coincides with NAR. It will be exciting to be at the event as a representative of such a great company.”
Jominy entered the industry in 1976 as an employee of Realtron Corporation. Realtron, founded by his father, Jack Sr., who served as president, introduced online computerized MLS and real estate information in the state of Michigan. During Jominy’s long tenure there he was responsible for national sales and product development for all services, and obtained a 75 percent market share and 95 percent customer retention ratio for the company. He was the Florida Sales Manager in 1995 when Realtron was sold to News Holding Corp. His career has also included work in various sales and sales management positions for Interealty, Homes.com and REALTOR.com. At First American Core Logic, he specialized in selling the Realist System tax products.
“I could not believe all the products and services available through the Paragon MLS offering today,” Jominy said. “I am really looking forward to starting my new position at FNRES during a week when so many of my MLS clients and friends can stop by Fidelity’s NAR booth to say hello.”
“My goal,” he added, “has been to get back into MLS sales, which I love. I’m grateful that Fidelity has allowed me to do that without having to move my family from our home in Coral Springs, Florida, and at such an exciting time in the company’s history.”
“Fidelity has created the most powerful solutions in the MLS industry,” said Beverly Faull, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Fidelity National MLS. “Our newly upgraded ParagonTM MLS v4, just-introduced DocCentralTM document management system and TransactionPointTM transaction management application are receiving tremendous response from real estate professionals across the spectrum. Now we have two more equally powerful personalities to help carry the message to new clients.”
