RISMEDIA, March 28, 2008-iHOUSE Web Solutions, a leader in real estate technology, has announced the launch of the popular Realius game, “Price Me Now®.” iHOUSE will host the free Web-based game at http://ihousegames.com. There, Realtors will find listings from three markets that they can play- North Carolina, Arizona and Illinois. According to the company, Realtors can play and compete against each other for bragging rights and prizes.
“‘Price Me Now’ is a great fantasy real estate game for Realtors This is a chance for them to have fun and succeed at a casual game using real life knowledge and experience. This is the first and only game of its type to focus solely on real life real estate listings, it’s quite exciting,” says Paul Sheng, CEO of iHOUSE Web Solutions.
Pricing residential real estate is an activity that everyone has an opinion about. Like other national pastimes (politics, baseball and the market), most everyone wants to be an expert. With “Price Me Now,” agents can test their ability to read a housing market that’s familiar or try their luck at one on the other side of the country. This game will challenge Realtors to put their property knowledge to the test. Price Me Now features real homes, photos, property description, interactive map and comparable sales (where available). As soon as agents submit their price, the game compares his or her estimate to others and scores them on the estimated sales price. Once it sells, the agent will be notified how well they did against the real market.
