Josh Bolgren displays strength through versatility. In 2022, Bolgren’s role as SVP shifted to Operations, with special emphasis on technology support education and engagement. Through Bolgren’s efforts, he and his team developed a new, “Customer Success Organization,” designed to help affiliates maximize the benefits of their tools and resources and are leading the phased rollout of MAX/TechSM powered by kvCORE technology to RE/MAX affiliates across the U.S. and Canada.
“At RE/MAX, the contributions of individual team members, team leaders and groups are all celebrated,” says Bolgren. “We’re in the business of helping people build their businesses so it’s all about collaboration, support and relationship-building, which I think is something really special. It’s an honor to support them and in turn, support their customers.”
Bolgren was also instrumental in the launch of the new RE/MAX University® broker report–allowing broker/owners to view their offices and agents’ training activity, and co-developed a Teams pilot program encouraging the growth of teams in the network.
