Striking out on your own is one of the hardest things to do. At the beginning of 2022, Chuck Poteet took that leap, moving from a major brand to start his own company. His success, and really the validation of his vision for a better real estate company was when 95% of his agents stuck with him through the transition, with that notoriously difficult process taking less than six months. With the dream of independence, and creating a company that is truly service-oriented and aims to treat both agents and clients like heroes, Poteet used 2022 to set an example for anyone else who hopes to venture forward with their own vision.
