Shelley Zavitz, CEO and founder of NewAgent 365 and OnTrack Agent, is on a mission to help new agents succeed. In 2022, she became a contributor for Inman and RealTrends and published her second book, “Marketing That Moves People.” She also soft launched OnTrack Agent and produced on-demand content for real estate professionals.

“I realize how hard and confusing it can be for those just starting out in real estate to actually turn their license into a profitable business,” Zavitz said. “That’s why I’m so passionate about giving new real estate entrepreneurs better tools so they can thrive in the industry instead of falling into the traps that often are the cause of failure for many agents.”
