During 2022, Britton Sanchez led the post-pandemic relaunch of HomeSmart’s 501c3 nonprofit arm, HomeSmart Helps. After being restricted to virtual monetary assistance, the group returned to in-person volunteering, and Sanchez continued to build its network. She also helped HomeSmart agents by helping to facilitate the allocation of $10 million to HomeSmart’s new Agent Equity program.
“Not only does everyone deserve to have an advocate in their business, but also support beyond real estate,” says Sanchez. “For me, it’s more than just an agent and brokerage relationship; it’s personal. I build relationships with agents nationwide, and we’re truly there for each other. Having that connection is what’s most meaningful to me. Knowing I can make their lives easier and make them feel that they’re not just a number is everything. The same goes for the franchise side of the business with our broker/owners. We’re family.”
