During 2022, Nick Bailey led the launch of three new initiatives at RE/MAX. One, a teams pilot program, providing eligible teams with access to RE/MAX resources. RE/MAX also launched an M&A initiative to help interested brokerages convert to the network or combine forces with an existing franchise. Bailey forged a partnership with Inside Real Estate, the developers of kvCORE, to provide access to their tech platform to RE/MAX affiliates in North America. Additionally, he kept a public-facing presence with his Satellite Media Tour and live web-show “Keepin’ It Real with Nick Bailey.”
Bailey believes in surrounding himself with successful, productive people and helping entrepreneurs achieve their business goals. “Working hard to be the best is something I always strive for and at RE/MAX,” says Bailey. “I’m surrounded by others with the same drive.
