Pat Riley

President and CEO Pat Riley has overseen the expansion of Allen Tate Companies from three offices to 70. He led the 2022 acquisition of Beverly-Hanks, REALTORS®, a company with 18 offices, 500 agents, 80 employees, and $2.6 billion in closed sales volume.

Riley received the Charlotte Business Journal’s 2022 Most Admired CEO Lifetime Achievement Award. He serves on the Charlotte Executive Leadership Council and the board of Best NC.
