Centralized Showing Service recently reported that customer service representatives at its Raleigh call center demonstrated these characteristics so well and consistently that they achieved a 99.8% satisfaction rating with its local Triangle MLS Realtors®.
CSS works with Realtors to simplify the showing appointment process by providing one number to call to schedule showings. The Triangle MLS signed up with CSS in 2003 and after their three-year contract was up, they renewed with CSS again in 2006.
Triangle Realtors were asked to take a survey rating their satisfaction with Centralized Showing Service (CSS). The results came in in mid-August, 2008: a near-perfect score of 99.8% of Triangle MLS Realtors were satisfied with CSS, according to the company.
Tom Gongaware, vice president and managing broker for York Simpson Underwood Realty in Raleigh is one of Triangle MLS’ Realtors satisfied with CSS. “CSS is convenient and accurate, and greatly improves the efficiency of our agents,” said Gongaware. “CSS provides an invaluable service that our agents love.”
