With a grand total of 810-840 Realtors are now even more equipped to help their clients and increase their production and an additional 358- 410 homeowners now know what to do and how to start Avoiding Foreclosure. Not bad for 4 days.
We’re making an impact. Three more regional areas in Michigan to finish; then it’s off to IL, IN, OH, FL, AZ, and NV. These workshops were completed in 6 hours per day in 4 days.
The sad part is there were only a couple Realtors that stayed for the homeowner sessions and that means there were about 75% of homeowners left without Realtor assistance. The homeowners were encouraged to contact their local real estate broker. With that said when I’m conducting any homeowner sessions in your area and you’re a Realtor you should be there to talk to homeowners. Watch for information on the next State Of Foreclosure Address coming soon.
