In early 2023, Bondilyn Jolly joined the executive team of WAV Group and launched a marketing agency under the WAV Group umbrella. Whether she is consulting on sales and marketing initiatives, serving as an interim or fractional CMO, or developing and executing marketing campaigns, her creative impact on the real estate industry is strong.

In 2023, she launched b.collective agency, a private consulting firm servicing national franchise organizations Weichert and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® in business growth marketing campaigns. She also served as interim CMO for Collabra Technology from April – June 2023 during a corporate transitional period.

A sought-after speaker, Jolly has shared her insights at several prestigious events throughout the industry. She has been recognized in multiple publications, including RISMedia’s Real Estate magazine.
