As senior vice president of regional development, Amy Lessinger demonstrated extraordinary leadership and innovation throughout 2023, particularly through her roles in launching two groundbreaking initiatives: the President’s Circle and MAX/Recruit.

The President\’s Circle was designed to set a new standard for recognizing high-growth brokerages. By introducing specific metrics for evaluation, Lessinger ensured that the rewards-based program would not only celebrate accomplishments but also serve as a powerful incentive for continuous growth. The President\’s Circle rewarded brokerages that achieve a Net Growth Index (NGI) of at least five agents by December 31, 2023. This initiative proved to be a catalyst for heightened performance and aspiration within the organization.

The MAX/Recruit program is designed to enhance educational and coaching opportunities for broker/owners, managers, recruiters and team leaders. The unified platform serves as a resource hub, offering a comprehensive array of recruiting collateral, tools, education and resources. The educational component encompasses monthly network growth calls, recruiting 101 sessions, bootcamps and a growth summit event, ensuring that agents and brokers are equipped with the latest knowledge and strategies.
