Ninve James

Ninve James leads REBNY’s work for residential brokerage, supporting more than 12,000 agents across New York City and overseeing REBNY’s residential products, including the Residential Listing Service (RLS), New York City’s listing system that powers listings on behalf of 590 member firms. In 2023, she led the migration of RLS to RESO web API, starting the collaboration with other MLSs to standardize and centralize building data. She presented this at the Clareity MLS Executive Workshop and the RESO Spring Conference.

“I am incredibly fortunate to collaborate with an incredible team at REBNY, including our industry governance, to evolve and modernize our offerings and drive an impact for the New York City real estate industry,” says James. “I am proud to continue to seek ways to lead real estate to new technical frontiers.”

Last year, James was named PoliticsNY and amNY Metro’s 2023 Power Player in Residential Real Estate, as well as Crain’s New York Business 2023 Notable Leader in Real Estate award.
