Under his leadership, Constellation completed the acquisition of Showcase IDX in 2023. In addition, the company innovated automated engagement on behalf of agents for top direct-to-agent brands including Zurple, Top Producer and Market Leader, resulting in up to 40% increased engagement between agents and consumers from automation improvements. Vickers also launched four new lead products across three brands, creating a high volume of affordable leads via social media channels, and launched a new, affordable product at Market Leader uniquely built for smaller, collaborative teams.
