In 2023, in addition to keynoting multiple large real estate events, Jared James also headlined events in seven different countries and launched a brand-new tech company called Fyrst Up.

He has truly cemented his place as an influencer and thought leader in real estate, shown through the growth of his social following, which increased by 25% in the last year. James also hosts one of the most listened-to podcasts, “Today With Jared James,” which was listed as a Top 200 business podcast in 2023.

“I am lucky enough to do something for a living that allows me to have an effect on other people and their lives,” says James. “I’m in a rare position where I get more credit than I deserve, but get to speak directly to people’s businesses, financial situation and overall lives.”

James also hosts an annual event for his students in Nashville, The Jared James Experience, drawing in more than 1,000 attendees. His coaching and training programs continue to grow as a top offering to real estate professionals around the globe.
