In 2023, president and broker Ben Schachter led Signature Real Estate Companies through the hiring of more than 150 REALTORS®, a successful merger and the signing of LOIs for two additional mergers.

Signature expanded its www.TotalBrokerage.com end-to-end transaction management and sales platform to 42 states. The platform now serves over 300 brokerage companies in the United States, South America and Europe.

The company launched a beta for Signature’s Intelligence Database, its own internal light-MLS. In addition, Signature successfully enforced its proprietary Buyer Broker & Listing Agreement in court, held its first in-person companywide annual meeting since 2019, and supported charitable causes through several initiatives.
