Bob Goldberg

National Association of REALTORS®

Bob Goldberg is the former CEO of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), a role he held from August 2017 to November 2023. A 27-year veteran of NAR and a member of the REALTORS® Political Action Committee Hall of Fame, he worked as a senior vice president at the association before ascending to its top leadership position. Directing a number of initiatives for more than 1.5 million REALTORS® worldwide, Goldberg oversaw transformations that positioned NAR as real estate’s leading figure for DEI, a primary driver of technological innovation and an association committed to its members.

“I’m excited to be in this new hall of fame and be an inaugural inductee,” said Goldberg. “I am thrilled to be inducted along with my fellow leader who is making those changes (at NAR) happen: Elizabeth Mendenhall. We are a new NAR. We are member-centric; you will continue to see a difference in how we work with all of you in this industry.”

Under Goldberg’s tenure, NAR created the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) program, representing the standard marker for professional development in real estate. During his time leading NAR, Goldberg collaborated with the Food Recovery Network to fight hunger and combat food waste. Since partnering in 2019, NAR and REALTOR® groups have donated more than 8,000 meals to Americans in need.
