During 2024, Angel Nicolas ranked in the top 1% of Compass agents nationwide. A former pro athlete, Nicolas has cultivated a luxury-focused clientele of athletes, financial professionals and fashion designers.

While his business’ clients are wealthy homebuyers, he maintains involvement in a variety of charities, particularly ones designed to help children. A board member of Ronald McDonald House Charities and the PitCCH In Foundation, he’s also an active sponsor for both the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and Amigos for Kids.
