He has remained dedicated to his number one priority: supporting the strengths and aspirations of agents and consumers navigating today’s market. Last year, Waugh led the 2024 Coldwell Banker Leadership Summit, where he discussed the move from volatility and uncertainty to opportunity and shared a 2025 industry outlook, underscoring the importance of mindset.

He also launched the Agents Helping Agents series, a monthly virtual series designed to engage with top members of the Coldwell Banker network who are successfully navigating change, leveraging their expertise and growing their business.
