As senior director of field marketing, Erin LeBan has the responsibility to “outwardly communicate the brand’s personalized offerings, increase understanding of the brand’s value, fuel growth and productivity for brokers and agents and instill pride in the network.”
As part of her job, she not only designs brand campaigns for ERA Real Estate, but talks to and collaborates with local professionals to tailor their message. In 2024 she oversaw such a campaign to boost ERA agents’ reputation and brand, citing an ability to synthesize all of ERA’s offerings and strengths to create a “seamless experience” for agents and brokers.
“The most rewarding part of my career is collaborating with our network of brokers and affiliated agents in the ERA network,” says LeBan. “Collaborating with them on brand resources, sharing business best practices and innovative strategies that can help propel their business forward makes the role meaningful as you are helping the agents fuel their business.”
