Andy Florance leads CoStar Group to higher heights every year, constantly pushing the company to achieve new innovations, success and notoriety.
In 2024, Florance led the company as it launched a $1 billion marketing campaign for Homes.com, with four commercials aired during the Super Bowl. The campaign propelled the Homes.com Network’s impressions to 15 billion (at press time), and established it as one of the top two residential marketplace portals in the U.S.
Florance also led the company through the acquisition of Matterport to integrate its 3D capture technology and digital twin solutions, as well as the acquisition of the lease administration and accounting platform Visual Lease.
Florance’s work has gained recognition across the industry, earning placements on Forbes’ 100 Most Innovative Growth Companies in the World and Fast Tech 25, as well as Fortune’s 100 Fastest Growing Companies. He was also a keynote speaker at RISMedia’s 36th Annual CEO & Leadership Exchange, and was named a Washingtonian 2024 Tech Titan.
Throughout his time in the industry, Florance says he has witnessed “incredible ups, downs, twists and turns,” but his vision to build “innovative, transparent, data-first platforms that simplify and streamline all aspects of the real estate business” has remained constant.
