Christina Pappas

As president of The Keyes Company, Christina Pappas uses her leadership to make an impact on not only her agents and company, but the industry at large. Throughout 2024, she led training and educational initiatives for more than 3,000 agents, preparing them for the MLS changes stemming from the NAR settlement. Additionally, she served on the 2024 MIAMI REALTORS® Corporate Board, where she impacted key policy decisions and important issues affecting the industry.

In 2024, she led Keyes to continue its expansion, including the addition of more than 300 agents, and joined Forbes Global Properties luxury listings network as an exclusive partner. Pappas was also named a regional director for NAR, was featured on Fox Business to discuss Florida’s squatting laws, and was recognized by South Florida Business Journal as a Top 100 Private Companies in 2024.
