Teresa King Kinney has demonstrated visionary leadership for over 31 years. Under her guidance, the association has evolved into the nation’s largest local REALTOR® association and the fourth-largest MLS, boasting over 60,000 members and an expansive global presence.

In 2024, King Kinney oversaw the design and construction of the association’s state-of-the-art global headquarters, a landmark facility that more than doubles its initial space and enhances member education, hosts international conferences and supports cutting-edge technology—an initiative 15 years in the making.

Her efforts to elevate South Florida’s global profile included hosting Young Professional Network Global Congresses in Dubai and Valencia, reinforcing her dedication to nurturing the next generation of real estate leaders.

Throughout her tenure, King Kinney has launched numerous initiatives, including being the first real estate association to provide a networking arm for young professionals through YPN Global. Her extensive accomplishments have established the association as a model for real estate associations, making a significant impact on the industry while inspiring members to excel.
