Melissa Swader is a trailblazing marketing and public relations leader. A nationally recognized journalist and influencer, Swader was named one of the “Most Influential Women in Commercial Real Estate” by CREi in 2024, and was celebrated as a “Trendsetter” by AZRE Magazine.

In 2024, she launched THRIVE! – Behind Every Woman, a digital publication highlighting the stories of women in real estate. She is also the founder of the national network Women in Commercial Real Estate, which has quickly grown to thousands of members across the country.
